1. Overview
EazyTutors is a platform that connects tutors and students. Refunds are governed by the nature of the service purchased.
2. Platform Fees
Registration fees, subscription fees, membership fees, and platform charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Tutor Payments
Payments made directly between students and tutors are the responsibility of the respective parties unless processed through EazyTutors.
4. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment.
- Technical error resulting in multiple charges.
- Service unavailable due to platform issues.
- Payment processed but service not activated.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind.
- Tutor or student dissatisfaction after service delivery.
- Missed classes.
- Incorrect information submitted by users.
- Violation of Terms & Conditions.
6. Refund Process
Users must submit refund requests within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider.
7. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions where applicable. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically qualify for refunds.
